LOCATION

Alexandra Palace is situated in North London between Muswell Hill and Wood Green. It is well served by all forms of public transport and is easy to reach by underground, road, rail and air. A free shuttle bus service is available on most show days connecting you to the Palace grounds.

BY UNDERGROUND

Wood Green, on the Piccadilly Line, is the nearest London Underground Station. It connects via King's Cross to the Circle Line on which main British Rail Stations are located. Journey time from Piccadilly Circus, for example, is 20 minutes. The frequent W3 bus service runs from just outside Wood Green Station to the Palace entrance.
FREE shuttle bus service is available on every day connecting you to the Palace grounds. The shuttle buses pick up from both Wood Green station and Alexandra Palace station and drop off at the venue.

BY ROAD

Alexandra Palace is one mile from the North Circular (A406) and 5 miles from Junction 2 on the M1 Motorway. Junction 25, the nearest access to the M25, is just 8 miles away. An easy route from the City is the A10 then west onto the A109. From the West End take the A400 to Archway via Camden Town. Then the A1 and follow signs to the Palace. PARKING

BY RAIL

Alexandra Palace has its own British Rail Station, fittingly called Alexandra Palace Station. It is located at the Wood Green entrance to the Park. On weekdays until 9pm, trains run from King's Cross Station, changing at Finsbury Park, every 30 minutes. Trains run every 15 minutes direct from Moorgate Station. After 9pm and at weekends, trains run directly from King's Cross every 15 minutes, except for Sundays when the service is every 30 minutes. Journey time is 11 minutes. The frequent W3 bus service runs from just outside the station to the Palace entrance.
N.B. There is no weekend service from Moorgate Station.

DISABLED AMENITIES

The organisers and Alexandra Palace have made every effort to ensure that visitors with disabilities can gain easy access. If any visitors require assistance our staff are on hand to help.

Parking
Spaces close to the entrances are reserved for the disabled DRIVER. Able-bodied drivers of disabled PASSENGERS are asked to use the drop off and pick up points and then drive on to park in visitors' car parks.

Ramps
Wheelchair access points are provided and the West entrance (Palm Court) has automatic entry doors.

Toilets
Wheelchair access toilets are available throughout the venue.

Medical
The Medical Centres and our First Aider is very willing to help. In addition our Professional Fire Officers patrol the halls during exhibitions/events and are always on hand. Our Security Staff are in radio contact with the First Aider and Fire Officers and will call for assistance if you should require it.

Catering
There are several bars and serveries around the halls giving easy access for wheelchairs. The Palace Suite on the lower ground floor can be reached by lift and has a wheelchair access toilet nearby.

Guide Dogs
Are welcome and water bowls are available on request. We regret other dogs are NOT PERMITTED.

N.B. In the event of an emergency evacuation you will be directed via the nearest suitable exit for disabled visitor.
